My journey into this work began when life brought me to my knees.
Twelve years ago, I experienced the unimaginable loss of my beloved mother—a moment that shattered my world and initiated a deep spiral of transformation.
I felt like a huge part of my soul had been taken away, leaving me changed forever. I was heartbroken, lost, and without any sense of purpose or motivation. Suffering from soul loss left me battling bouts of depression, unable to get out of bed, and feeling completely broken. It was so hard to concentrate or find joy in anything.
During this time, I was introduced to Abraham Hicks’ How to Manifest Your Desires. That’s when my spiritual awakening began, and I was introduced to meditation. I realized that if I didn’t change my thoughts and what I was feeding my subconscious mind, I would lose myself entirely.
I delved into spirituality, researching anything I could get my hands on. I became like a sponge, absorbing different teachings and learning about the paradigms of the brain. Slowly but surely, my life began to shift as I started feeding my subconscious mind with abundance instead of despair.
Seven years later, I found myself called into an even deeper awakening, where radical self-love became not just a practice but a lifeline.
The calling hit me hard when I hit burn out heavily in my masculine energies, I knew I needed to balance my feminine and masculine energies, so I delved in to Feminine Embodiment where I really started to embody my essence, and my journey of true self love began.
TO BE embodied in my all ness this lead me to embark on a beautiful 3 month container called feminine embodiment leadership where I discovered Somatic release and Breathwork, from that moment on my life began to change drastically, I was propelled in to a deep dark night of the soul for about 6 months where I lost everything including the break down of my marriage, I hit rock bottom.
From the Trenches to Transformation: Awakening Through Breath
Through my own healing journey, marked by profound grief, soul loss, and the raw surrender that transformation demands, I discovered the medicine of Shamanic Breathwork and the sacred art of holding space for others.
I was deep in the trenches of my own energy healing for about three years with the powerful medicine of Shamanic Breathwork. I hadn’t realized just how much grief I was energetically carrying until this profound moment of discovery.
As my life began to transform, I knew I had found something sacred. This led me to enroll in SHIP (Shamanic Healing Initiatory Process) at Venus Rising, a journey that became my greatest initiation—awakening my gifts for humanity and preparing me to be of service.
Through deep surrender to my sacred breath, I uncovered my absolute truth and purpose on this earth. I shed every lingering fear and grief, including the attachment to the loss of my dearest mum.
I achieved true integration of my shadow self, allowing me to fully step into my soul’s purpose. I was free to soar like the eagle, and I was ready.
Walking this path has taught me how to alchemize pain into power and loss into love—wisdom I now bring to every ceremony, every circle, and every breath.
Through deep surrender to my journey—my pain and my loss—I’ve opened myself to profound healing. I’ve been able to integrate my shadow, facing my demons head-on, and falling in love with all aspects of myself: the dark, the light—seeing no difference. I’ve lovingly let go of what no longer serves me, leaving me fearless.
In turn, I have fully stepped into and enhanced my gifts and my power, raised my vibration, and become a magnet for miracles and manifestation.
This transformation has allowed me to live a life of freedom on my terms, without fear. It has brought me beautiful relationships, incredible experiences, and joyful adventures. By living and learning from this direct experience of the heart, it is an absolute honor to pass this on and guide my clients to do the same.
